How we handle your data?
AIIM International and Revolution Events are the joint controller of your personal data that is used for the conference. Revolution Events, who administer the conference, is also the main processor of your information. Contact details for both organisations can be found at www.aiim.org & www.revolution-events.com.
We collect and use your information in a mixture of our own legitimate interests as the conference organiser and under a legal obligation for your dietary or disability needs if you have them.
We will use the details you supply when reserving your place at the AIIM Forum Europe to send you information about the event. This includes, programme updates, information on exhibitors and other special features which form an integral part of the event. We cannot rely on your consent to send you this as there will be things that crop up from time to time and changes, we may need to make that we cannot anticipate. We will also use your information to create your access badge when you arrive at the event. We do not share your data with others unless we need to in order to deliver your attendance at our conference and we will never sell this information to others.
Registrations from vendors who are not AIIM Preferred Providers or part of the Leadership Council are not available through this conference package, this ticket is heavily discounted due to the event partners subsidising the ticket cost. Non-member Vendors who register at this discounted rate will be invoiced for the difference.
The vendor package allows you to attend the conference as a participant, however if you wish to take advantage of the marketing and promotional opportunities available with the partner packages please visit the website or contact Deborah Ward-Johnstone t: 01892 820936 e: firstname.lastname@example.org.
