How we handle your data?

Delegate passes are heavily discounted due to the event partners subsidising the ticket cost. Non-member Vendors who register at the discounted rate will be invoiced for the difference.
The vendor package allows you to attend the conference as a participant, however if you wish to take advantage of the marketing and promotional opportunities available with the partner packages please visit the website or contact Deborah Ward-Johnstone t:01892 820936

Badge scanning

When you allow your badge to be scanned by or on behalf of an exhibitor or sponsor at AIIM Forum Europe, you are consenting to your personal data being provided to that company (name/address/telephone/email), as submitted when registering for the event. They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services.

Booking Conditions

By proceeding with this registration, you are committing to placing an order to attend the conference at the charge shown above. Payment must be received to guarantee your place. If payment has not been received prior to the event, then entry may be refused.

Cancellations must be made in writing to Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the event will be refunded in full, less bank charges and an administration charge of £25. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any booking. If a booking is cancelled, we will email the delegate at the relevant stated email address on the booking form. Any monies received for bookings we cancel will be refunded in full.

Please note that cameras may be present at the event as per past years. Attendees not wishing to be filmed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
